4 Costco Nutrition Boosted Meal Hacks - Fall 2019 Edition

After A arrived, I took the plunge and got a Costco membership. The massive packs of diapers and wipes were the selling feature for me.


During my trip out there, I always picked up a ready-to-eat meals that i would hack to boost nutrition with minimal effort.

Note: I have not prepared Costco meals at home since my daughter's food allergy diagnosis to egg, peanut and mustard. Costco discloses that all major food allergens may be present in all their ready made meals due to cross contamination.
