Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

This breakfast recipe smells and tastes like the Fall. Using so few ingredients including canned pumpkin pie filling, it could not be easier to make a batch for the week.


My 21 one month old loves this recipe! I skip the seeds and chopped nuts on her serving as they are a choking hazard.



Freeze leftover canned pumpkin for use later in loaves, muffins or more overnight oats.
